| Cancellation Fee |
If a cancellation is made on the screening date, a fee of 1,000 KRW will be issued per cancellation.
- No fees will be issued for cancellations made before the day of the screening
- Refunds and cancellations due to personal reasons such as lost or damaged tickets and any other mistakes about the time/venue of the screening are not available

| Remarks |
- Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel all of the reservations and make a new purchase.
- Tickets that have been issued after purchase may only be cancelled at the box offices upon presenting the physical ticket.
- Tickets that have passed the expiry date for cancellation/refund will not be eligible for cancellations/refunds.
- Full refunds will be given at the box offices for tickets cancelled due to circumstances on behalf of the festival (only for ticket holders).
