BIFAN Industry Gathering A brand new, comprehensive film industry program at BIFAN The Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival¡¯s Industry Gathering (BIFAN Industry Gathering, here after B.I.G) is a new program being launched at the festival¡¯s 20th edition in 2016 to expand and strengthen its industry program, alongside the long-running Network of Asian Fantastic Films (NAFF). B.I.G aims to provide an in-depth look at the current state of the film industries in Korea and Asia, the key issues and developments including the latest technological

trends, to explore new possibilities for the industries¡¯ future. B.I.G is composed of four programs, including ¡®Made in Asia¡¯ designed to examine major trends of Asia¡¯s film industries and encourage cooperation among the leading Asian producers; ¡®Korea Now¡¯ to become the hub of Korean film in collaboration with each sector of its industry; ¡®NAFF¡¯ to discover new projects in Asian genre films; and ¡®New Media¡¯ to introduce the latest new technologies and media of the film industry.
