Remarks	Tickets may be picked up after the reservation number (SMS reservation confirmation, mobile reservation confirmation page) has been confirmed at the box offices. The seats that were reserved for on-site purchase in regards to films that were sold out online will no longer be available due to the reduced number of screening venues. Those who have purchased tickets online may enter the theater by presenting their mobile tickets. (If a physical ticket has already been issued at the box office, mobile tickets may not be used for entrance to the theaters)

ENTERING THE THEATER WITH A MOBILE TICKET

Mobile tickets must be presented to a festival volunteer before entering the theater.
Mobile tickets can be checked on the “Mobile Ticket” page on the BIFAN 2020 mobile website (m.bifan.kr).
If your mobile ticket has already been used to issue a physical ticket at the box office, you will not be able to use your mobile ticket to enter the theater.
A photo or an image of the mobile ticket will not be accepted.
