About

Network of Asian Fantastic Films
(a.k.a NAFF) 2020

The Network of Asian Fantastic Films (hereafter NAFF) was launched in 2008 for the purpose of promoting genre film production and development and has become BIFAN¡¯s representative film industry program. For the last 13 years, it has been continuously receiving love and support from genre film professionals for being a platform for film production support, education, interaction, and global networking.

Celebrating its 13th year in 2020, NAFF strives to boost the worldwide genre film industry through Sitges Pitchbox, an industry program of world¡¯s foremost fantastic film festival, Sitges - International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, the Nordic Genre Invasion for the revival of fantastic films in the Nordic region, Blood Window, a genre film industry program for South America¡¯s largest film market, Ventana Sur and Japan¡¯s VIPO (Visual Industry Promotion Organization) to promote active global interaction and cooperation.

This year, NAFF will host the project market online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will remove physical restrictions and attract more domestic and foreign film industry professionals to meet the selections of NAFF.
