Program Note

Suhyuck, who really wants to go to a movie festival, fails again. He goes to a jury member’s house and waits for a while. An argument about movies begins.

Fictions deals with a movie festival and the jury.... but just to be sure, this is not from fear that such thing would ever happen in Bucheon, it is only fiction after all. (KIM Jung-young)

Director

KIM Philesu

Born in Seoul in 1985. He graduated in film from Dankook University and currently works as a feature film crew. His 2013 short BACK [baeg] won the Best Film Award at the 2014 Chungmuro Short Film Festival.
